Every Hybricá bag is made to be carried for years — not seasons. We stand behind the integrity of our craft. If your bag ever needs attention due to a manufacturing defect or structural issue, we will repair it. No questions asked.

What Is Covered

• ✦   Stitching and seam reinforcement
• ✦   Gold-plated hardware — clasps, rings, and chain links
• ✦   Interior microfiber suede lining repairs
• ✦   Handle and strap reattachment
• ✦   Manufacturing defects in the recycled polyurethane exterior

What Is Not Covered

This service does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear such as surface scuffs and colour variation over time. We are happy to advise on care and maintenance to help your bag age gracefully.

Turnaround Time

We aim to complete all repairs within 10–15 business days of receiving your bag at our workshop. Complex structural repairs may require additional time — we will keep you informed at every stage.
