Non-Apparel (Leather) Stitching Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Stitch and assemble non-apparel leather goods (vegan materials).

  • Work closely with design and sampling teams.

  • Maintain high finishing standards and durability.

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury leather or accessory production.

  • Skilled with industrial sewing machines and fine detailing.

  • Precision and craftsmanship orientation.

Handbag Maker (Assistant)

Location: Mumbai
Type: Contract/Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Support master artisan in sample and production work.

  • Cut, edge, and assemble components.

  • Assist in finishing and quality inspection.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handbag or small leather goods making.

  • Strong attention to detail and respect for craftsmanship.

  • Willingness to learn premium finishing techniques.

ORIGIN

Hybrica was started in 2025 in Mumbai, India. It was founded by an industrial designer who noticed a growing disconnect in the luxury industry: Brands often emphasized branding, labels, and premium pricing, while frequently overlooking transparency in the production process, respect for personal style, and ethical material choices.

PHILOSOPHY

Hybrica was created to celebrate individuality, refined aesthetics, authentic craftsmanship, and animal-free materials, offering fair value with handbags that express the individual rather than being defined by a label.

The brand embraces minimal, elegant and logo-free aesthetics, creating timeless pieces that let the wearer’s personal style shine while quietly setting itself apart from fleeting trends and logo-driven fashion.

MATERIAL & CARE

Every piece is crafted from 100% animal-free vegan leather sourced in India, developed by layering high-density microfibers with recycled PU to achieve a leather-like aesthetic that reflects our commitment to animal consciousness. To reduce environmental impact, production scraps are carefully collected and reintroduced into the supply chain wherever possible.

ATELIER

Our in-house studio, operating on a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, brings design, production, and fulfillment under one roof in India. By minimizing reliance on third parties, we maintain consistent quality standards, operational control, and a direct connection between our design process and the final customer experience.
